Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer service specialist, male or female, aged between 21 and 35, with a college degree or above;
2. Responsible for handling pre shipment booking processing, coordinating with customers to handle cargo issues and documentation issues;
3. Internal communication and collaboration, as well as having systematic experience, are better. No training is available.
4. Responsible for daily customer service consulting and providing timely feedback to colleagues in the business department if there are any issues.
5. Import and export trade can be actively studied
Job requirements:
1. Have a certain understanding and recognition of DHL international express exports.
2. Strong customer service awareness, proficient in using office software
3. Politely answer incoming calls, actively handle customer issues, and politely receive company visitors
4. Strong sense of work responsibility, communication and coordination
