UPS international express surcharge
Remote area surcharge: Express shipments to remote areas are subject to a remote area surcharge of 3.5RMB/KG*fuel for the month, with a minimum bill of 171RMB*fuel for the month.
Textile costs: The latest regulations of the Hong Kong Trade Department in 2011 require an import permit only if shipped to the United States, and the fee is NT$50 per ticket (Nigeria does not accept textiles)

The calculation method for irregular packaging surcharge is as follows:
1. The following shipments are subject to an additional charge of 40RMB per item: (The following are repeated charges. As long as the additional charges are met, the additional charges will be accumulated).
Any item packaged in a metal or wooden shipping container.
①. Any cylindrical objects that are not completely wrapped in corrugated paper, such as barrels, drums, buckets or tires, etc.
②. Any package whose longest side exceeds 152 cm or whose second longest side exceeds 76 cm.
③. The actual weight of any single piece of goods exceeds 32 kilograms.
2. The following shipments must be charged RMB388* fuel/piece (only one fee will be charged if multiple conditions below are met, but RMB40/piece will be charged at the same time)
①. The longest side exceeds 270CM.
②. The length + two widths + two heights exceed 330CM (but cannot exceed 419CM).
③. The actual weight of a single piece exceeds 69KG.
Reference time limit
The package is calculated from the time it is delivered to the UPS warehouse. The normal delivery time is 2-7 working days (this time period is from the time the express goes online to the time the recipient receives the express), except for special circumstances! The delivery time is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight schedule of each destination.

Compensation/insurance/other value-added services
1. Compensation standards
For express packages with few pieces, out of stock, or damage, such as if the weight, quantity, and number of packages received by the recipient do not match, or if the package is damaged, the recipient is required to report the loss or damage to UPS at the destination within 24 hours after receiving the package. And provide our company with the recipient's local registration number and accident certificate within 7 working days, so that we can file a claim with UPS for investigation. If verified by UPS, the maximum compensation is free shipping and the declared value of the package shall not exceed USD 100. Partial damage or loss shall be compensated based on the actual lost quantity as a percentage of the total, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD 100.
Loss of express parcel due to customs spot inspection When the express parcel passes through customs, the customs opens the parcel for inspection, which may cause the parcel to be lost, the contents of the parcel (in whole or in part) to be lost, or be seized by customs. Our company does not assume any liability arising therefrom.
