Remote area surcharge: Express shipments to remote areas are subject to a remote area surcharge (except the United States). The standard is: 4/KG. The minimum charge per ticket is 220 yuan. The remote area surcharge is subject to a fuel surcharge;
Textile costs: The latest regulations of the Hong Kong Trade Department in 2011 require an import permit only if shipped to the United States, and the fee is NT$50 per ticket (Nigeria does not accept textiles)
Fuel surcharge: The general quotation includes fuel (note: the fuel surcharge will be different every month, please refer to the DHL official website for details. Fluctuations in fuel surcharges will directly affect the price and will also fluctuate accordingly)
The calculation method for over-length and over-weight surcharges is as follows:
For the same shipment (one DHL waybill), as long as the length of one or more of the items exceeds 120CM or the actual weight exceeds 70KG, HKDHL will charge an over-length fee of RMB 900 per item, plus a fuel surcharge (if the same shipment has 3 pieces, the actual weight is 50kg, 80kg, 200kg respectively, the dimensions are 10*50*130cm, 50*100*125cm, 100*150*150cm respectively, DHL only charges HKD200 for each piece);
Reference timeliness
The package is calculated from the time it is delivered to the DHL warehouse. The normal delivery time is 2-7 working days (this time period is from the time the express goes online to the time the recipient receives the express), except for special circumstances! The delivery time is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight schedule of each destination.

Compensation standard
For express shipments with few pieces, out of stock, or damage, such as if the weight, quantity, and number of pieces received by the recipient do not match, or the shipment is damaged, the recipient is required to report the loss or damage to DHL at the destination within 24 hours after receiving the package. And provide the recipient's local registration number and accident certificate to our company within 7 working days so that we can file a claim with DHL for investigation. If verified by DHL, the maximum compensation is free shipping and the declared value of the package shall not exceed USD 100. Partial damage or loss shall be compensated based on the actual lost quantity as a percentage of the total, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD 100. Loss of Express Mail Due to Customs Spot Inspection When the express parcel passes through customs, the customs opens the parcel for inspection, which may result in the parcel being lost, the contents of the parcel (in whole or in part) being lost, or being seized by the customs. For goods sent to Nigeria, the weight of a single piece cannot exceed 50KG, and the weight of a single ticket cannot exceed 50KG. It is recommended to split it into multiple tickets, and the weight of each ticket should not exceed 50KG;
For express mail sent to Angola, the weight of a single piece cannot exceed 50KG, and the weight of a single ticket cannot exceed 250KG;
